This GO4UP.com Terms of Service agreement (the "agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which GO4UP.com ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By registering for or using GO4UP.com services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Material
Copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and delete files breaking any copyright laws.
All material uploaded using our service must be the user's ownership or be free licenced if not the user must have an autorization.
All material must comply with applicable laws (including export control laws) wich apply to their location. This includes, without limitation, material protected by patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights.

2. GO4UP liability
GO4UP is a transfert service we do not store on our servers any material uploaded by users more than 3 days.
If you would like to report a file please contact the DMCA department of the file hosting services involved.
The user expressly understands and agree that the use of the service is at his own risk.
GO4UP.com is not liable for any loss or unavailability of any material provided by user.

3. Account and links management
GO4UP reserve the right to disable, delete or suspend any link or account wich is not according to our Terms Of Conditions.
